Throughout her career, she has successfully led estimating efforts for large-scale projects valued at over $10–15 million, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze risk, optimize project strategies, and support competitive bidding.

As an EIT-certified Civil Engineer, Luisana has built her career estimating specialized foundation and excavation support systems including sheet piles, soldier piles & lagging, and ground anchor systems, while collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and business development teams to deliver accurate and strategic proposals.

Jessica Daza

Jessica brings more than 8 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in pre-construction engineering, shoring system design, and technical coordination for complex foundation and excavation support projects.

Throughout her career, she has led engineering and pre-construction efforts for projects of varying size and complexity, including projects exceeding $9 million in value, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring designs meet constructability, safety, and cost efficiency requirements.

As a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Florida, Jessica has extensive experience evaluating geotechnical conditions, reviewing structural shoring designs, and developing value-engineered solutions that optimize project performance. She has also played a key role in aligning engineering, estimating, and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
